I made a pilgrimage of Moon is Beautiful (月がきれい/Tsuki Ga Kirei) at Kawagoe in Saitama Prefecture. Kawagoe is known by the tourist as the “Little Edo” near Tokyo and also, a popular location for seichijunrei-sha.
All of the locations were pinpointed thanks to @touyoko_com‘s blog.
Kawagoe Hikawa Shrine (川越氷川神社)
I happened to be at the shrine during the Wind Chime Festival therefore tons of people were visiting in this shrine. Kawagoe Hikawa Shrine is also known for matchmaking and relationship therefore we saw Kotaro and Akane visiting this place in the anime.

Hikawa Bridge (氷川橋)
Back of Kawagoe Hikawa Shrine is the Shingashi River. Some bridges along the river were featured in the anime and one of these is the Hikawa Bridge.
