Anime Pilgrimage #10: IDOLiSH7

Last year in July, I made a two-part pilgrimage of the idol anime, IDOLiSH7. The first part focuses on the locations coming from the main series, and Tokyo Skytree Town from the spin-off anime, IDOLiSH7: Vibrato.

Part 1. Shibuya-Shinjuki

Yoyogi

JR Yoyogi Station

The main location of the series. This is also where the Takahashi Productions office located. Although I haven’t seen yet the building identical to the office around this area.

Yoyogi Park

IDOLiSH7 did their profile shoot at Yoyogi Park for their website. Each of the member’s location started in front of NHK Broadcasting Center to Rose Garden.

Also at this park’s entrance from Meiji Jingu Shrine, they held their first live (with two teenager fans being introduced in the series).

Seibu Shinjuku Station

At the main entrance of Seibu Shinjuku Station facing Yunika Vision, they held their second live. The weather was similar to the series so it was a perfect day to shoot.

Part 2: Tokyo Skytree Town

Scenes located at the Tokyo Skytree Town came from episode 3-4, The Entangled Man (巻き込まれた男), where Nagi, Nikaido and Tamaki was visiting Tokyo Skytree before attending TRIGGER’s concert.
