I made a pilgrimage of Moon is Beautiful (月がきれい/Tsuki Ga Kirei) at Kawagoe in Saitama Prefecture. Kawagoe is known by the tourist as the “Little Edo” near Tokyo and also, a popular location for seichijunrei-sha.
While doing some exploration of the locations of Given using Google Street Maps, I decided to set off and visit personally the actual places featured in the anime. Most of the location were found along the Odakyu Line from Shinjuku Station.
I rode Minatomirai Line from my previous pilgrimage article for Bungou Stray Dogs, where most of the major locations were located. In this trip, I rode JR Negishi Line to get to some of the minor locations of the series.
